That background taught us what separates good operations from great ones: consistent standards, well-trained teams and leaders who stay close to the details. Today we bring that same standard to every business we work with, in hospitality and beyond.
Leadership
Javier F. Nolla
Chief Executive Officer
Javier F. Nolla has over twenty years of experience in the hospitality industry, including roles in chain restaurants, celebrity chef-owned establishments and multinational gaming.
He holds both a Bachelor's and a Master's degree in Hospitality Administration and Management from the FIU Chaplin School of Hospitality & Tourism Management. After relocating to Orlando, he developed the Bachelor's program at NUC University as a hospitality professor. He went on to serve as Executive Director of Estein USA's Hospitality Holdings in Central Florida, overseeing venues including London House Private Members Club, The Drawing Room Private Cigar Club and Big Fin Seafood.
Today he leads 787 Consulting Group as CEO and serves as a Director on the FIU Hospitality Alumni Network Board.
